How to Delete Your Account

If you created your account through The Wynn Network (powered by Uscreen), you can request deletion by following these steps:

Option 1: Through Your Account Settings

  1. Log in to your account at https://www.thewynnnetwork.com

  2. Navigate to your Account Settings

  3. Select Delete Account (if available)

  4. Follow the prompts to confirm your request

Option 2: Submit a Request
If you do not see a delete option in your account settings:

  1. Email us at: contactthewynnnetwork@gmail.com

  2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request

  3. Include:

    • Your full name

    • The email address associated with your account

We will process your request after verifying your identity.


What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Once your request is completed:

  • Your account will be permanently deleted

  • You will lose access to all content and services

  • Your profile, preferences, and saved data will be removed


Data That Will Be Deleted

We will delete the following personal data associated with your account:

  • Name and email address

  • Account profile information

  • Viewing history and preferences

  • User-generated content (if applicable)


Data That May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained where necessary, including:

Retention Period

  • Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7–14 business days

  • Retained data is stored only as long as required by applicable laws or legitimate business purposes
