How do I delete my account?
At The Wynn Network, your privacy matters. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your account and associated personal data.
If you created your account through The Wynn Network (powered by Uscreen), you can request deletion by following these steps:
Option 1: Through Your Account Settings
Log in to your account at https://www.thewynnnetwork.com
Navigate to your Account Settings
Select Delete Account (if available)
Follow the prompts to confirm your request
Option 2: Submit a Request
If you do not see a delete option in your account settings:
Email us at: contactthewynnnetwork@gmail.com
Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
Include:
Your full name
The email address associated with your account
We will process your request after verifying your identity.
Once your request is completed:
Your account will be permanently deleted
You will lose access to all content and services
Your profile, preferences, and saved data will be removed
We will delete the following personal data associated with your account:
Name and email address
Account profile information
Viewing history and preferences
User-generated content (if applicable)
Certain data may be retained where necessary, including:
Payment and transaction records (processed via third-party providers)
Records required for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance
Security and fraud prevention logs
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7–14 business days
Retained data is stored only as long as required by applicable laws or legitimate business purposes
